Terms: 10% non-refundable down payment will be due the day of sale. The balance is due at closing within 30 days. All successful buyers will be required to sign a note for the deposit amount in addition to the deposit made on the day of the sale. This note will become null & Void when the buyer completes all requirements for closing as set out in their contract.

Buyer's Premium: A 10% Buyers Premium will be added to the winning bid price to arrive at the total contract price paid by the buyer (purchaser).
